Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for classes, private sessions, workshops & retreats. All vouchers can be posted via 2nd class royal mail to your chosen delivery address. Please email/message me on tyyoga@hotmail.com or 07939070141 for more details.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable once payment has been made, including workshops and retreats.

Due to limited class capacity, late cancellations (less than 24 hours before class starts) and no-shows cannot be refunded, transferred or credited.

If you have purchased a class pass and are unable to attend a booked class, you may cancel up to 24 hours before the class start time. In this case, the class credit will be returned to your pass for future use. See below on how to ‘amend a booking’.

Class passes are valid for the named individual only and must be used within the stated validity period, which begins from the date of the first class booked.

Amend a booking

Class transfers and cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the class start time.

To manage your booking, open your booking confirmation email and click the green “View Booking” button. From there, select “Manage”, where you can choose to transfer or cancel your class.

• If you are using a class pass, the credit will automatically return to your pass when you cancel.

• If you purchased a single class, it may be transferred only. Once cancelled, the class is non-refundable.

Class booking & attendance

To ensure the best experience for everyone, classes may be cancelled if minimum numbers are not met (less than 2 people per class). In the event of a cancellation, clients will be notified in advance and any credits will be returned.
