Dynamic Flow - All levels
This is an open level class for people who are either new or have a regular practice. There will be options given to different postures to suit everyone’s ability.
Classes will start with a series of sun salutations to build heat in the body. Followed by a sequence of standing and seated postures, linking breath and movement before moving onto a restful and restorative finish. Designed to soothe the nervous system and quiet the mind.
Gentle Yoga - All levels (Beginners)
More time will be spent to go through some of the postures and suitable alignment to one’s needs. Whether you are inflexible or have zero experience, we hope you can leave with learning something new about yourself after the class.
The class will be at a gentle pace, with a calming and meditative effect throughout.
pregnancy Yoga - All levels (2nd and 3rd trimesters)
Suitable for 2nd and 3rd trimester mums to be. Gentle flow specifically designed to stretch and strengthen the physical body and help alleviate common conditions of pregnancy.
Poses to help strengthen pelvic floor and yogic breathing to help preparing for labour and birthing.
