I was working in the fashion industry in London for 10 years. Busy but lost and dissatisfied with life, I was recommended to try yoga by a friend who is a regular Ashtanga yoga practitioner.

Within a few weeks I saw a transformation in my physical and emotional well being, and held a consistent and regular practice for over 2 years before deciding to do a teacher training in 2017 within the tradition of Ashtanga Vinyasa.

After teaching in gyms, community centres and yoga studios across London while working part time for a fashion supplier, I knew I wanted to share my passion in yoga- full time.

My husband and I decided to move to a rural and tranquil part of Wales in 2018 (near where my husband grew up) and set up my own yoga studio near the Brecon Beacons in 2020.

In 2019, I undertook a further teacher training and am also qualified to teach prenatal and postnatal yoga.

I am also trained in mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT) which I incorporate into my yoga practice and teaching.

My particular interests are in the connection between science and yoga and how yoga affects our physical and mental wellbeing. I am always keen to share my knowledge and experience with everyone and believe yoga can be practised by anyone.

My classes will leave you feeling revitalised, balanced and calm.
