October 3-7 | £994-Week Back Care Pilates Programme (£99)
Back Care & Hip Stability Pilates Programme (£99)
A small-group, progressive Pilates programme designed to help you move with more ease, strength and confidence in everyday life.
Many people who experience recurring lower back discomfort also notice reduced hip stability and control, which can affect how they walk, bend, lift and move throughout the day. This programme focuses on these key movement areas through structured, supportive Pilates-based exercise.
Across four weeks, we use a combination of mat Pilates and specialist equipment (including reformer and tower) to explore movement in different positions and levels of support. Each session builds progressively, allowing time for coaching, observation and individual adjustments within a small group setting.
What this programme helps you develop
This programme supports:
Spinal mobility and control
Hip stability and lower limb support
Core strength and coordination
Everyday movement (walking, bending, lifting)
Confidence and ease in movement
Sessions are delivered at a slower pace than standard classes to allow for coaching, progression and movement refinement.
What makes it different
This is a structured 4-week programme, not a drop-in class. Each session builds progressively, with exercises adapted to individual needs.
We use Pilates equipment (reformer and tower) alongside mat work to add variety, support and challenge.
Small groups (max 5) ensure focused, supportive coaching.
