This is an open level class for people who are either new (with a good level of fitness) or have a regular practice. It is energetic and often explores arm balances, inversions and backbends- no experience needed, options are always given to everyone of all abilities.
Classes will start with a series of sun salutations to build heat in the body. Followed by a sequence of standing and seated postures, linking breath and movement before moving onto a restful and restorative finish. Designed to soothe the nervous system and quiet the mind.
